NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING AT THE JEROME TOWNSHIP HALL
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of the Village of Sanford will hold a public hearing on March 5 at 7:00 p.m., at the temporary Village Office in the Jerome Township Hall located at 737 W Beamish Rd, Sanford, MI 48657.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request from the Sanford Historical Society to rezone 2234 N Smith St, Sanford, MI (Parcel No. 081-024-200-351-00); 2266 N Smith St, Saginaw Rd, Sanford, MI (Parcel No. 081-024-200-341-00) from R1 (single family residential district) to B2 (general business district) category 10.3 (G): open air business and outdoor display area.
The Planning Commission will provide auxiliary aids or services to individuals with disabilities. Persons needing such services should contact the office of the Village Clerk by writing or calling the clerk not less than seven (7) days before the public hearing.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request from Lisa Hignite to rezone 22 W Center St, Sanford, MI (Parcel No. 081-600-500-075-00) from R2 (single- and two-family residential district) to RM1 (multi-family residential district) for a four-unit housing/apartment building.
